What started as a love for lashes and beauty has grown into a full-service beauty brand built on confidence, quality, and genuine care for my clients. I specialize in customized individual lash extensions, but provide a wide range of services. I believe beauty should feel natural, empowering, and personal, never rushed or cookie-cutter. Every service I offer is tailored specifically to you, your features, and your goals. Cancellation Policy
• LATE POLICY
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in cancellation of your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you arrive up to 15 minutes late and still wish to proceed, a $25 late fee will be applied and your service will be completed within the remaining scheduled time.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to complete your service in the remaining time, however you will still be charged the full price of your appointment.

• CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all cancellations so I can adjust my schedule and accommodate clients on my waitlist.
If you choose to remove your lashes or take a break and provide at least 72 hours notice, your deposit will remain on file for up to 1 month, after which it will be forfeited.
If you choose to have your lash extensions removed instead of receiving your scheduled lash service and provide at least 72 hours notice, your complimentary lash removal may be performed at your original appointment time. Your deposit will remain on file as a credit for up to 1 month and may be applied toward your next lash appointment. After 1 month, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made without proper notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
All deposits are nonrefundable.

• RESCHEDULING POLICY
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required in order for your deposit to transfer to a new appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and will not be transferred without proper notice.
In the case of a documented medical emergency, your deposit will be honored.
Clients who are sick or experiencing any symptoms, including but not limited to fever, cough, flu, or virus, must reschedule their appointment for the safety of all clients, and all illness-related cancellations remain subject to the 72 hour cancellation policy.
With proper notice, one reschedule is allowed and must be made at the time of your request or the deposit will be forfeited. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
After two reschedules, you will only be able to rebook if your balance is paid in full at the time of booking.

• NO SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancelling the same day as your appointment is considered a no show.
If you choose to rebook after a no show, a new deposit will be required.
After two no shows, you will only be able to rebook if the balance of your last missed appointment is paid in full at the time of booking.

• CHILDREN POLICY
For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not allowed in the treatment room. Services require full concentration and a quiet, distraction free environment.
Children under 15 may wait in the lobby only if supervised by another adult. If you are unable to arrange childcare, please be sure to reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

• LASH REFILL POLICY
A minimum of 50 percent of your lash extensions must be remaining at the time of your appointment in order to qualify for a refill. This will be determined at the start of your appointment.
If you have 50 percent of your lashes remaining you will be charged at regular lash refill pricing.
If less than 50 percent remains, your appointment will be charged at $110, regardless of the service originally booked.
If you arrive with little to no lash extensions remaining, excessively grown out lashes, or lashes that are tangled, damaged, or not properly maintained, I reserve the right to require removal of the remaining lashes and proceed as a full set at full set pricing.
If there is not enough time scheduled to complete a removal and full set, you may choose to proceed within the allotted time at full set pricing or reschedule. If you choose to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment, as this will be considered a no show due to the appointment not being able to be completed as scheduled.
Proper aftercare and maintenance are the client’s responsibility, and refill eligibility is not guaranteed.

• CARD POLICY
If you choose to pay with a card, a $5 fee will be added to cover processing fees.

• BOOKING POLICY
A deposit is required for every service, no exceptions.
Appointment services may not be changed the day of your appointment, even if the price is the same.
Deposits are nonrefundable and will only be transferred if I cancel your appointment or in the case of a documented medical emergency.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless an allergic reaction occurs.
