Hi, I’m Jaqlynn! I’m a detail-oriented and creative beauty professional with 7 years of experience, always striving to be the best version of myself. As a wife, mom of two amazing kids, and a Christian woman, faith, family and my job are at the heart of everything I do. I have a deep love for creativity and artistic expression, and my goal is always to help others feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. I’m passionate about the beauty industry because it allows me to combine artistry with the joy of making someone feel like their best self. Every appointment is more than just a service — it’s a chance to connect, relax, and help people feel better than when they came in. When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy spending time playing with my children. The occasional sweet treat will find its way into my night, I could devour a whole box of Oreos… in one sitting. I enjoy watching shows with my husband when the night winds down. My favorite movie is Coraline, (yes, I know it’s a strange movie) Favorite food is a crab cream cheese wontons. Literally could eat them everyday. My drink weakness is a diet Dr Pepper. One quirk about me is I am a bit of a neat freak — my home is my sanctuary, and I love keeping it clean and organized, so don’t be surprised if it looks like no one lives there! I believe in bringing positivity, care, and creativity into every experience, and I can’t wait to help you feel your absolute best.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• LATE POLICY If you are running late, please call to let me know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to complete your service in the remaining time, but you will still be charged the full price of your appointment. • CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens, but I require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations so I can adjust my schedule and accommodate clients on my waitlist. Without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book. All deposits are nonrefundable. • RESCHEDULING POLICY A 72-hour notice is required for your deposit to transfer to a new appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable without proper notice. • In the case of a documented medical emergency, your deposit will be honored. • With proper notice, you are allowed one reschedule. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • After two reschedules, you will only be able to rebook if your balance is paid in full at the time of booking • NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and an additional 50% charge of the service amount (not including your deposit). Cancelling the same day is considered a no-show. • If you rebook the same day as your no-show, you will only be required to pay a new deposit. • If you do not rebook the same day, you will be responsible for the 50% no-show fee before you can schedule again. • After two no-shows, you will only be able to rebook if your balance is paid in full at the time of booking. • CHILDREN POLICY For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not allowed in the treatment room. Services require full concentration and a distraction-free environment. Children under 15 may wait in the lobby with a caregiver. If a child must remain in the treatment room, a $50 fee will be added to your service. • LASH REFILL POLICY • You must have at least 50% of your extensions remaining to qualify for a refill. • Less than 50% will be charged as a new full set, but only filled in. - If you arrive with messy, unfixable lashes, I will remove them, & you will be charged 50% of your service amount (not including deposit) as this is considered a cancellation. • If your lashes are messy or unfixable, please contact me at least one week before your appointment. • If you show up with no lashes, or less than 50%, you may choose to proceed with a new full set in the allotted time or reschedule with a new deposit and 50% of the missed service paid upfront. • BOOKING POLICY • A deposit is required for every service, no exceptions. • Deposits are nonrefundable and will only be transferred if I cancel your appointment or you have a documented medical emergency. • REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless an allergic reaction occurs.
