Hi, I’m Jaqlynn! Owner and artist behind Jaqlynn Beautifies. I’m a licensed beauty professional with 8 years of experience, who is passionate about helping women look and feel their absolute best. What started as a love for lashes and beauty has grown into a full-service beauty brand built on confidence, quality, and genuine care for my clients. I specialize in customized lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow services, waxing, airbrush tanning, and body contouring with InstaSculpting. I believe beauty should feel natural, empowering, and personal, never rushed or cookie-cutter. Every service I offer is tailored specifically to you, your features, and your goals. As a wife and mom of two, I understand how important it is to feel confident in your own skin, even in the busiest seasons of life. CANCELLATION POLICY
• LATE POLICY If you are running late, please call to let me know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to still have your appointment after a 15 minute late period (no more than 15 minutes) , you can pay a $25 late fee and I will do your appointment in the time we have scheduled. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to complete your service in the remaining time, but you will still be charged the full price of your appointment. • CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens, but I require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations so I can adjust my schedule and accommodate clients on my waitlist. If you decide 72 hrs in advance that you want a break from your lashes and want them removed, the deposit will stay on the books for 1 month, after 1 month the deposit will be forfeited. Without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book. All deposits are nonrefundable. • RESCHEDULING POLICY A 72-hour notice is required for your deposit to transfer to a new appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable without proper notice. • In the case of a documented medical emergency, your deposit will be honored. • With proper notice, you are allowed one reschedule, which must be done on the day you asked for a reschedule or the deposit will be forfeited. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • After two reschedules, you will only be able to rebook if your balance is paid in full at the time of booking • NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and an additional 50% charge of the service amount (not including your deposit). Cancelling the same day is considered a no-show. • If you rebook the same day as your no-show, you will only be required to pay a new deposit. • If you do not rebook the same day, you will be responsible for the 50% no-show fee before you can schedule again. • After two no-shows, you will only be able to rebook if your balance is paid in full at the time of booking. • CHILDREN POLICY For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not allowed in the treatment room. Services require full concentration and a distraction-free environment. Children under 15 may wait in the lobby with a caregiver. If a child must remain in the treatment room, a $50 fee will be added to your service. • LASH REFILL POLICY • You must have at least 50% of your extensions remaining to qualify for a refill. • Less than 50% will be charged as a new full set, but only filled in. - If you arrive with messy, unfixable lashes, I will remove them, & you will be charged 50% of your service amount (not including deposit) as this is considered a cancellation. • If your lashes are messy or unfixable, please contact me at least one week before your appointment. • If you show up with no lashes, or less than 50%, you may choose to proceed with a new full set in the allotted time or reschedule with a new deposit and 50% of the missed service paid upfront. • BOOKING POLICY • A deposit is required for every service, no exceptions. • Deposits are nonrefundable and will only be transferred if I cancel your appointment or you have a documented medical emergency. • REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless an allergic reaction occurs.
