Cancellation Policy

•LATE POLICY• If you are running late to an appointment I ask that you call to let me know, otherwise not showing after 15 minutes will result in me cancelling the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late I will do my best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. •CANCELLATION POLICY• I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give me 72 hour notice so l can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients on the waiting list. When a 72 hour notice is not given, you will have to place another deposit to book. All deposits are nonrefundable, meaning another deposit will be required to reschedule. • RESCHEDULING POLICY • A 72 hour notice must be given for your deposit to still stand. In the case of a medical emergency, I will honor your deposit. Other than that the deposit is nonrefundable/transferrable & another deposit must be placed to reschedule. When a 72 hour notice is given, you are only allowed one reschedule before a deposit must be placed to reserve another appointment. •NO SHOW POLICY• I reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card, totaling 50% of the service (without deposit included). Meaning if you no show your appointment, your deposit is mine and I will charge you half of your whole service amount. Cancelling the day of your appointment is considered a no show. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless your fees are paid in full at time of booking. •CHILDREN POLICY• Please, no children in the treatment room. The services I provide take a lot of concentration and I ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 15 in the lobby. If finding a sitter is not possible for you, your child may sit in waiting area, resulting in a $50 extra charge to your service. •LASH REFILL POLICY • you MUST have 50% of your lash extensions left to be eligible for a fill in. If you have messy/unfixable lashes by time of refill appointment, please contact me a week before your appointment, so we can attempt to get you rescheduled for a fresh set. If you show up with messy/unfixable lashes, I will give you the option of removing the lashes & you will be charged 50% of your service (not including your deposit) considering you are technically canceling on me. If you show up to your fill in appointment with no lashes or less than 50% of your lashes you will be charged for a fresh set and it will be done in the time I have scheduled for you if that is what you choose, OR you can be rescheduled and another deposit & 50% (not including deposit) of that appointment will be due to book the next appointment. •BOOKING POLICY• DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERY SERVICE, EVEN IF YOU ARE BOOKING SEVERAL SERVICES. NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL ALWAYS BE REQUIRED TO BOOK. THE ONLY REASON YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRANSFER OF DEPOSIT, IS IF I CANCEL ON YOU OR YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY! •NO REFUNDS
